Haven Township is currently accepting quotes for snow and ice removal for the years 2016 – 2017 Snow Season.  Haven Township currently maintains Approx 28 miles of bituminous  and 2 Miles of gravel roads.

Haven Township will accept quotes with hourly rates for the contract periods:

October 1, 2016  thru  May 31, 2017

The minimum equipment required is:

• Snow Plow - Two trucks with plow, down pressure blade, wing

  and sander with a minimum 5 yard box. 

• Access to Road Grader for Plowing Snow and a Loader for 

  moving snow  if needed – 

• Access to Salt and Sand  for Ice and Snow Removal 

Quotes  must include a schedule of all available equipment and the applicable hourly rate for the contract periods, and the rate per ton for the salt and sand mix , with the ratio of salt to sand noted

Quote must also include the base flat rate for removal of under 3” of snow on all town road (one run)

All quotes  must include a copy of the certificate of insurance showing current worker’s compensation coverage and a general liability policy with an aggregate limit of at least $1,500,000.   

Quotes will be accepted at the Haven Town Hall 4230  45th Avenue SE  St Cloud MN 56304  Until 7PM  Monday June 20, 2016  they can be mailed to Haven Township PO Box 339 St Cloud MN 56302 or emailed to havenclerk@cloudnet.com  the deadline is 7PM June 20th 2016.
