David Hogg is a senior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School , a student journalist and member of the school's news show. Fact! To imply that David Hogg, "was not a real student", again promotes "Alternative Facts." Mr. Hogg recorded interviews with his peers inside the school as it remained locked down and the Miami Herald published that footage on Feb. 15.

Mr. Morgan describes the NRA as a noble institution but this is far from the real truth. Their original mission was focused on hunting, conservation and marksmanship and never mentioned protecting the Second Amendment. In 1977 everything changed. NRA's new message, "No compromise, No gun legislation." The NRA's answer to every mass shooting is More Guns. Good idea if more than half of your funding comes from the gun manufactures. It's no wonder that in 1995, former President George H.W. Bush wrote to the NRA and resigned his lifetime membership. 

 

The individuals that marched at the capital don’t want guns banned, but I believe they want some common sense legislation to help with this growing crisis.
