Letters To The Editor

TO THE EDITOR:

If you are questioning voter fraud in Minnesota, then you should become an Election Judge (EJ). To become an EJ, call your township or city election official and apply. You also should go on your state party website and apply.  At your local party caucus on Feb. 1, 2022, they will ask you to apply.  The Stearns county site is here: https://www.stearnscountymn.gov/980/Serve-as-an-Election-Judge  has a link to state website. Officially, there is supposed to be an equal number of Republicans and Democrats overseeing elections.  Political parties are supposed to sponsor people interested in becoming an EJ. A couple of frauds are:  Persons who gets married and changes their name now have two registrations, or a person moves to a new address and registers under the new address and now has two registrations.  The Secretary of State is supposed to watch for this but has not been doing it.  The biggest question on fraud is in Mail-in-Ballets (MB) and who is using the mail-ins for voting. EJs get paid $15 per hour and milage for being an EJ.  The biggest shortages of EJs is in the Twin Cities and before election day receiving MBs.  You can volunteer for these even if you do not live in the area.
