Clearwater Twp. is experiencing friction that’s dividing residents and attempting to solve non-existent problems. First, the Huber Ave. project, initially discussed in 2016 and then multiple times after from residents who live along it. Those requests, traffic counts, and maintenance costs determined how it evolved following the same steps as 75 years of township projects. Yet now some suggest there was no transparency by the township board. Second, the request to make Nixon Lake – already a restricted environmental lake - a no wake lake. It’s claimed there’s problems at the access and boaters are tearing up the lake, however, there’s no evidence – the sheriff and DNR have no registered complaints. Community agitators feel self-importance by creating division and passing laws where there’s usually no problems. In the end everybody loses rights without gaining benefits. What’s actually needed is personal responsibility. It’s up to YOU to make YOURSELF visible if swimming in the middle of a lake since reflections can make visibility nearly impossible to someone in a boat at any speed. Finally, it is YOUR responsibility to find out what is going on in YOUR community. Attend township meetings or read the agenda and minutes online.

Yes, elections have consequences and probably lots of voter’s remorse with the current administration.  

• The fiasco of leaving Afghanistan; 13 US veterans & many Afgan people murdered, $90 billion of military equipment left for terrorists, hundreds of American Citizens left behind, plus 80,000+ unvetted Afgan nationals coming to the US; • The open southern borders; bussing, flying & housing millions of illegal immigrants into the interior of our country & US citizens funding this mission;  • Election integrity & what really happened in 2020, 2016 & prior. How long has this questionable corruption been going on? Were the voting machines hacked or altered, mail in ballots used fraudulently? Everyone should be concerned & want a full forensic audit in every state. We will lose our country if we don’t; • The US House of Representatives just passed a $3+ Trillion infrastructure bill that is full of wasteful pork; we are $28 TRILLION in debt!  Tax payer money wasted or laundered; • Inflation is out of control; • Critical Race theory is being pushed in our schools damaging our children & future generations. This administration and congress has now betrayed the country & the American citizens it is supposed to protect.  Is this treason or communism?
