TO THE EDITOR:

I enjoy reading the staff writer’s feature in the Citizen and after reading the recent Impreachment article by Bill Morgan, I felt compelled to respond.

Trump ran his campaign for president based on lies, promises to make life better (great) and by berating his opponants. He has not made “American Great”, in fact the world is laughing at our country.

He has befriended Putin and openly admitted to help from Russia. He has divided our country as never before. He has told thousands of lies during his term and bullied and berated everyone who questions him or does not agree with him.

He has no knowledge of many subjects that affect our countries security and does not take the advice of people who have the skills he lacks. He has put children in cages and divided families.

Korea and the Middle East are potential powder kegs. The tax bill he was so proud of only helped the rich and I saw no increase in my paycheck. In fact, tax refunds are getting smaller and smaller. 

Trump is not a KING with power to do what he wishes. He is not presidential and is an embarrassment to our country on the world stage. He needs to put his phone away and start telling the truth about his betrayal of America’s trust. 

I fear for our future if he is not stopped. At least some of our people in office have lived up to their oaths ad taken responsible actions to right the wrong taking place. Seventy five percent of Americans what to get to the truth.

Donald J. Trump needs to be removed before he damages our country to an extent that it can’t be repaired.
