Appreciate your pledge to support your staff writers and readers right to state their opinions. Something the Mpls Tribune has never done.

I agree 100% with Bill Morgans Editorial piece two weeks ago. Ever since Trump was elected, the poor losers have been acting like 10 year olds. Then last evening at the end of the State of The Union speech Nancy Pelosi ripped up her copy of the speech. If that wasn’t a 3 year old having a hissey-fit. A proud moment !

Then I read the piece about the 4th thru 8th grade students taking part in the National GeoBee contest. Makes me feel like I owe them brilliant little students an apology for comparing the Clowns in Washington to children. There is no comparison. They would have been eliminated before they even got in the contest.

The Clowns can be voted out, but the voters that put them in office would have to help remove them. I’m afraid not much chance of that happening.
