TO THE EDITOR:

Tom Emmer Commits Treasonous Act.

Tom Emmer voted to support an amicus brief to a specious lawsuit trying to overturn the November 3, 2020 election brought  by Texas AG Ken Paxton to the United States Supreme Court.

It is treason to betray one's country by attempting the overthrow the elected government.

Tom doesn't represent the citizens of the 6th district he represents the cult of trump, his own position and power and a dying Republican party.

Don't believe Tom when he says he wants transparency and state control of elections. He has lost his dedication to principle and country.  He is afraid of Trump now and in the future. He is supporting extremist autocratic measures. He is working to create a permanent set of aggrieved Americans to try and save the out of touch, crumbling, Republican party. Winning at any cost is always dangerous.

You cannot, at the same time, love America and vote to destroy democracy.

Let's vote him out.
