TO THE EDITOR:

Republican endorsed Shane Mekeland needs your vote in the Primary Election on Tuesday, August 11th. Representative Mekeland is the best hope that freedom-loving Minnesotans have in the General Election in November.

In March, DFL Governor Tim Walz claimed emergency executive authority and the DFL led House of Representatives has fallen in line and allowed him to keep his un-democratic grip on power.

If we are to have any hope that the voice of the people will be restored in St. Paul we need Republican endorsed Shane Mekeland and more Republicans like him to win in November. Governor Walz has proven that he will not willingly surrender control, nor is the far-left House willing to take that power away from Walz. The only way to restore balance is for people like Republican endorsed Shane Mekelandto win elections, and for Republicans to regain the majority in the Minnesota House this year.

I encourage you to vote for Republican endorsed Shane Mekeland in the Primary Election on Tuesday, August 11th.
