Graduates of Becker High School Class of 2020 - You have experienced a year that others will never experience, you have endured a year where others haven’t had to endure, and you have faced down challenges that showed your true character to everyone. Wow...to all of that!

Where do you go now that you are a graduate of high school? For some of you it will be to college, for others, you will enter the workforce, and for a select few, the Armed Forces. The future provides those same challenges and experiences that high school provided, and you are ready and prepared for it. This we can be certain of.

When you entered the doors of Becker High School four years ago, you weren’t certain what would happen four years later, and yet here you are ready for that next step. You’ve had your ups and downs during that time, but have continued to shine brightly and be a creative and energetic group of students. You’ve created long lasting relationships and friendships that will last forever. No one can take that away.

In closing, I will leave you with one thought when thinking about your future plans. Make sure that going to school, or going to work every day isn’t something that you have to do, but something that you love to do. It makes your time that you invest in it worth the effort, the challenges, and enduring the hardships that come with it.

I am proud of the Class of 2020, the halls will seem much quieter without you now, but you are a group of students I will never forget.
