Oliver Kelley Farm – The new facilities at the Minnesota Historical Society site, Oliver Kelly Farm, in eastern Elk River will soon be open to the public. With expanded display and educational spaces both indoors and out, there in a great need for volunteers in expanded roles. Group Guides, Golf Cart Drivers, and Administrative Support are just a few of the roles volunteers will be needed to fill. Explore all the options! Orientation and training will begin soon! Bailiff Assistant – Be present and available in a courtroom at the Sherburne County Government Center to deliver documents within the building to and from the court and perform other clerical functions. Provide an escort to those attending court (who are not in custody) to other areas of court services, such as the cashier or the probation department. Volunteer may also serve in the court check-in area to direct those reporting for court and relay messages among court staff. Volunteers are needed to serve one full day per week.
