Weekend Visitor with Shepherd of Grace Senior Community

The weekends could use some volunteers at this Becker facility!  Engage with older adults by visiting in the common areas or going outside to enjoy the fresh air.  Do trivia, stretch those legs on a walk, or participate in any activity of your choosing to socialize with residents.  Volunteers are needed Friday – Sunday in the afternoons around 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  Application, background check, and orientation required to volunteer.

Youth Volunteer at The Wave Youth Center

Assist in providing a safe and welcoming place that meets the needs of youth in the Big Lake community.  Volunteers work with youth to offer mentoring, assist youth, and help develop necessary skills for the youth to grow.  Volunteers are needed in the afternoon Monday through Thursday.  Even the smallest act of kindness can send ripples throughout the whole community!   

Visitor Volunteer at Guardian Angels Riverview Landing

Volunteers are needed at this Otsego facility to help combat loneliness that residents are experiencing.  Work on an activity, play a game, or simply sit outside and enjoy the weather and good conversation with residents.  Volunteer shifts are flexible, and orientation is provided.
