NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Haven Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on May 6, 2014 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Haven Township Hall, 4230 - 45th Avenue SE, St. Cloud, Minnesota to act on the following:

 

1. Rezoning property addressed as 2055 12th Street SE, PID 25-436-0105, Lot 1, Block 1 of the O’Brien Automotive Addition from an Industrial to a Commercial district.

2. PleasureLand RV Center, Inc.’s application for an interim use permit (IUP) for the sale of vehicles, boats, or farm implements pursuant to Haven Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 8, Subdivision 3. 

3. Any other matters that may come before the Planning Commission. 

 

NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD FOR HAVEN TOWNSHIP, SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Haven Township Board will hold a special meeting on May 6, 2014 at 11:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Haven Township Hall to hear and act on the recommendations of the Haven Township Planning Commission regarding the above matters and any other matters that may come before Town Board.
