Groups would need to provide trucks, trailers; rakes, tarps and gloves, leaf blowers are optional (but valuable). We ask the homeowner provide lawn bags if needed. We will also provide information on the local composite sites. The other side of this great day is called the “Gather ‘Round.” This is a free meal that is prepared and served by a special group of volunteers just for you and homeowners. The meal begins around 11 a.m. for groups that start raking early, and is served all day until the last groups come through. This year’s Gather Round sites will be located at Grace Lutheran Church in Becker, Resurrection Lutheran Church in Monticello and The United Methodist Church in Elk River. Please share this information with your youth and adult leaders, friends, family and neighbors. And if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Faith in Action 763-263-4277.
