Fare for All Helpers – Assist guests of many backgrounds by providing at-cost food options. Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles, such as; pushing clients’ carts, being a cashier, within the distribution line, greeting guests, answering questions, and assist guests in getting their food. Volunteers must have good communication skills and a willingness to help others. Sitting and standing positions are available. Volunteers will be placed where there is a highest need, monthly. Greeter - Visitors need your warm welcome to the Oliver Kelley Farm! As a Greeter, you will inform and direct visitors to attractions and provide great customer service by assisting in the exhibit and/or gift shop area. Come help visitors get the most out of their visit and help them leave planning their next visit! Shift times fluctuate per season and a minimum commitment of one season is requested. Meal Pick-Up – Open Doors for Youth is a drop-in resource center for youth ages 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Help youth by picking up a meal ordered from local restaurants and deliver it to the drop-in center for youth. Volunteers are needed for a one-hour shift on a weekly basis.
