Arm Knitting, Thurs., Feb. 9, 6-8 p.m. Adults and teens age 15 and up, learn to knit using your arms as knitting needles at the Becker Public Library. Artist Jen Anfinson will teach this class which covers techniques, supplies and project options. The class limit is 12 and registration is required.
Clearwater Friends of the Library Meeting
The regular meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wed., Feb. 8 at the Clearwater Library. Everyone interested in strengthening the Clearwater Library and ensuring the continued growth of the library's programs and services is encouraged to attend.

Winter Lecture Series Kick-off
The fourth annual Sherburne History Center Winter Lecture Series kicks off on Wed, Feb 8, at 2 p.m. The twice-monthly lecture series features current and recent St. Cloud State University history students speaking on a variety of topics. The first speaker will be Karah Hawkinson, recent graduate of SCSU, will speak on the topic of Carnegie libraries in Minnesota. There is no cost to attend and all are welcome.
