Sherburne History Center Quilts

Beer & Brewing In The Land Of Sky Blue Waters
-Adults are invited to a program titled “Beer and Brewing in the Land of Sky Blue Waters” at the Becker Public Library on Thurs., Oct. 23, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. This event provides information about the basics of beer brewing. It also explores the history of Minnesota’s beer scene, beginning with Minnesota’s first brewery in Saint Paul in 1849, and including the innovators who have spurred a new generation of craft breweries. This program is presented by the Minnesota Historical Society. It is funded in part with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
