The Big Lake gymnastics team saw their season come to an end with a fourth-place finish at the section meet at Chisago Lakes High School last Thursday. The team finished with a score of 138.700 while the section champion, Becker, finished with 144.650.

Amber Grunewald was the top performer for Big Lake with a third-place finish in the floor exercise. Her 9.250 was the highest of the day for any Hornet athlete. She also finished sixth in the beam just ahead of Alli Lu who finished seventh. Lu also finished seventh in the all-around category with a score of 35.400.
