The 14th annual Haitian Hustle 5K is approaching!

Starting August 10 at 9 a.m., participants from all over the area will strap on their running shoes and line up at Becker Baptist to run/walk in this favored event.

Dawn Bengtson is the Becker race coordinator. 

With what started in 2011, the Haitian Hustle  event raises money to support the education of nearly 400 students in Haiti through Jesus in Haiti Ministries (JiHM).

A year ago JiHM lost control of its property and school buildings after gangs attacked the area where it is located. JiHM has since relocated its school to a shared facility about 10 miles away from the violence.
