For the fourth consecutive season, the Bulldog dance team has reached the state tournament! 

The team finished second in both jazz and kick at the section meet in ROCORI, despite their roster being made up of over one third rookie dancers. Joining Becker in the state tournament will be fellow Mississippi 8 Conference members St. Francis and Monticello. 

Head coach Nadia Fischer-Danzeisen had this to say about the team’s accomplishments. 

“This team! Impressed would be an understatement as to how I feel about this team,” she said. “Their grittiness and ability to work together to grind through all of the adversity we’ve faced this year is unmatched. I’m beyond grateful to spend two more weeks with these amazing and classy young women and this staff. See you at the Target Center!”

The state tournament will take place over two days at the Target Center in Minneapolis. State jazz will be Fri., Feb. 14 and kick will be Sat., Feb. 15.
