Sept. 19: Anthony Allen Thulien, 22, of Mound, was arrested in Cokato - charge of obstruction of legal process, Hennepin Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI & McLeod Co. warrant - obstruction of legal process.

Sept. 20: Kathy Diem Chi Tran, 23, of Blaine, was arrested in Anoka Co. - Wright Co. warrant - false information to law enforcement violations. Nathan Reece Humke, 29, of Merrifield, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & Washington Co. warrant - theft. Michael Paul Prestidge, 40, of Cokato, was arrested in Cokato - Wright Co. warrant - 4th degree DWI violations. Levi John Schneider, 33, of Clearwater, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Jacob Dempsey, 35, of Clearwater, was arrested in Clearwater - Todd Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Derrick Gordon Safe, 25, of Rockford, was arrested in Rockford - charge of violation of harassment restraining order. Sydney Ann McKellepp, 20, of St. Paul, was arrested in Montrose - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & Washington Co. warrant - theft.

Sept. 21: Letourius Lerenzo Williams, 31, of Apple Valley, was arrested in Delano - Blue Earth Co. warrant - obstruction of legal process. Ayub Mohamoud Iman, 24, of Eagan, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - financial transaction card fraud & Kandiyohi Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Rogelio Delagarza, 42, of Sauk Rapids, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 4th degree DWI violations. Denis Kelly Campbell, 35, of Marshall, was arrested in Victor Twp. - charge of 2nd degree possession of controlled substance. James Touy Becker, 44, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - false information to law enforcement. Cody Ryan Matthews, 21, of Cokato, was arrested in Cokato Twp. - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Tammy Lynn Crapser, 49, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 2nd degree assault with dangerous weapon.

Sept. 22: Brandon Jay Harrington, 38, of Elk River, was arrested in Rogers - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Janea Virginia Bradley-Bey, 23, of Brooklyn Park, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrants - possession of shoplifting gear & theft violations. Fayelee Marie Bondeson, 32, of New Brighton, was arrested in Waverly - charges of felon in possession of firearm, motor vehicle theft, driving after cancellation inimical to public safety & receiving stolen property & MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - 1st degree DWI violations. Sean Michael Bernier, 34, of St. Bonifacius, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance, Wright Co. warrant - theft & Sibley Co. warrant - DWI. Dylan Daniel Massie, 38, of Shakopee, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & 2nd degree DWI refusal to test.

Laura Marie Baltaian, 39, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Samuel Brian Hoffman, 28, of Monticello - Wright Co. warrants - driver’s license & traffic regulation violations. Jordan Ray Wissbroecker, 18, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - motor vehicle theft violations. Heather Rochelle Noble, 44, of Montrose, was arrested in Montrose - charges of obstruction of legal process, introduction of contraband into jail & Wright Co. warrant - DWI violations. James Robert Hanson, 60, of Otsego, was arrested in Clearwater - Wright Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree possession of controlled substance & 2nd degree burglary violations.

Avery Darlene Judd, 21, of Stanchfield, was arrested in Isanti Co. - Wright Co. warrants - hit & run & reckless driving & Becker Co. warrant - failure to appear. Valle Jean Arntson, 37, of Waite Park, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Manuel Jesus Carchi, 49, of Montrose, was arrested in Montrose - an Anoka Co. warrant - violation of an order for protection. Joanne Elizabeth Saman Neft, 33, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. apprehension & detention order - 3rd degree burglary violations. Matthew David Garlitz, 36, no permanent address, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. apprehension & detention order - 2nd degree assault violations. Randy Leroy Marx, 57, of Anoka, was arrested in Delano - charge of shoplifting. Sept. 25: Clell Walker Deakins, 39, of Big Lake, was arrested in Monticello - charge of violation of harassment restraining order.

Sept. 26: Jonathan Arthur Tuott, 36, of Cedar, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Sally Ann Rondeau, 40, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 5th degree assault. Richard Allen Mitchell, 27, of Cokato, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrant - driving after revocation inimical to public safety violations. James Villanueva, 44, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI. James Scott Beatty, 54, of Dassel, was arrested in Meeker Co. - Wright Co. warrant - motor vehicle registration violations. Marvin Smith, 61, of Maple Lake, was arrested in Silver Creek Twp. - Wright Co. warrant - indecent exposure violation.

Sept. 27: Daniel Keith Gutknecht, 61, of Buffalo, was arrested in Albertville - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

There were 28 property damage accidents, 11 personal injury accidents, 3 hit & run accidents & 6 car deer accidents.

There were 4 arrests - DWI, 6 underage consumption arrests, 7 school bus stop arm violations & 86 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
