June 7: Amoco gas station, Clear Lake, reported damage to unoccupied vehicle in parking stall, West side of building. Owner of vehicle was notified, vehicle had been left there after concert at Brickyard Bar and Grill the previous evening. The window was broken out of car and there was damage to driver’s door window frame. After owner responded to Amoco it was determined that items were stolen out of vehicle which included $200 dollar Sony Explode stereo and $80 dollar Columbia jacket. Two other jackets of unknown value were also taken.
June 8: Matthew Friedrich, employee of Pleasure Land RV, 2th St. SE, Haven Twp., reported theft of items out of 2015 Avenger Toy Hauler 18 ft trailer. Taken were two brown leather dinette folding chairs and one seat cushion valued at $1,200. Constance Netter reported damage to new storage units on Main Ave., Clear Lake. The locking mechanism on storage unit #53 had been cut, value of damage is $100.
June 20: Chris Richards, employee with Marv’s True Value, 125th St. NW, Baldwin Twp., reported theft of Ferris Model IS700 zero-turn lawnmower with 52” deck and 23 hp Kawasaki motor., red with black seats, handlebars and shoot and valued at $6,499.
June 23: Daniel Kasper, 57th St SE, Palmer Twp., reported damage to his and his neighbor’s mailbox overnight. The value of damage is unknown.
June 24: Two employees of Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning, 320th Ave., Baldwin Twp., reported burglary. A few of the items stolen are: 15 hp outboard Johnson motor with 2-stroke engine; MinnKota trolling motor with a foot pedal with 55 pound thrust; Winchester 12 gauge shotgun pump action with 18” barrel; two Harley Davidson jackets; one Oakland Raiders jacket; one red five gallon gas can; two motorcycle helmets. The value of these items is unknown at this time.
June 28: Janeen Wolfsteller, US Hwy. 169 reported the theft of a catalytic converter off of their 1996 GMC dually truck that was sitting at the end of their driveway for sale. There are two on the truck but only one was stolen. The catalytic converter is valued at $1,000.00.
June 29: Randall and Annette Narlock, Oakwood Rd., Zimmerman, reported theft of black pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses from their vehicle valued at $10.
June 30: Willard Swanson, 180th St. NW, Big Lake Twp., reported theft of 5 solar powered lights from their yard. The solar lights are 14” tall and copper, valued at $40.
July 3: Nico Espinoza, 2nd Ave. N, Zimmerman, reported his 1995 Chevrolet Suburban was trashed and oil added into his vehicle. Items stolen are his insurance paperwork, MN tabs and pair of Osirus shoes of unknown value.
