Mass of Christian Burial was Thursday, April 23 at St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake for Tim Storkamp, 61 who died Saturday at the St. Cloud Hospital. The Rev. Virgil Helmin officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery. St. Marcus Parish prayers were Wed. at the funeral home in Clear Lake.

 

Tim was born in Farmington to Clements & Regina (Moeller) Storkamp. He married Judy Goenner on October 15, 1977 at St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake. Tim has lived almost his entire life in the St. Cloud area. He worked for Fingerhut for 30 years and most recently for Hard Drives for 10 years. He is a member of St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake and a member of the NRA. Tim was a true handyman; he was able to complete any fix it job

 

whether it was plumbing, electric or carpentry. He was extremely organized and was always a perfectionist in whatever he was doing. He enjoyed watching all types of sports; he always knew the stats on all the players. He enjoyed cooking and barbequing and loved fishing and hunting. He especially liked fishing for northern. 

 

Survivors include his wife, Judy of St. Cloud; daughters, Nicky (Mike) Folkerts, Tracy (Brian) Zinken, grandchildren, Zander & Lily Folkerts, Lila & Brody Zinken all of St. Joseph; sisters and brothers, Lorraine (Jerry) Cook of Northfield, Mary Massmann of Waite Park, Bernard of Foley, Marlene Johannes of Albany, andThomas (Bonnie) of Fayetteville, NC.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Phyllis Pelzer.
