Judith Ann “Judie” (Berthiaume) Lambert, age 68 of Becker, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, September 30. Visitation will be Sun., Oct. 4,  from 5-8 p.m. at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 East Broadway, Monticello. Funeral services will be Monday, October 5 at 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Interment at Becker Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.

 

Judie was born in Anoka on May 24, 1947, to Howard and Shirley (Lind) Berthiaume. She grew up in Duelm and attended school in Foley. She worked at the Monticello-Big Lake Nursing Home and Decorative Services in Monticello for many years. She was currently working for Bondhus Tool of Monticello and had been for the past ten years. She enjoyed the Twins, Vikings, flower gardening, casinos, playing card games, collecting coins, but most of all being with her family.

 

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Eugene “Shorty”; son Scott and his wife Angela: four grandchildren Tyler, Victoria, Matthew and Jacquelyn; and siblings Joe (LuAnn) Berthiaume of Becker, Janice (Gerald) Culp of Heindal, ND, Jerome (Sheila) Berthiaume of Big Lake, Julian (Debbie) Berthiaume of Becker, Jeffrey (Sally) Berthiaume of Becker, Jennifer (Rick) Baumgartner of Becker, and Justine Berthiaume (Tim Johnson) of Heindal, ND; sister-in-law Patricia Berthiaume; mother-in-law Arzella Lambert; and many nieces and nephews.

 

Judie was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Shirley Berthiaume; brothers James and John; daughter-in-law Angela Marie; father-in-law Clarence Lambert; and niece Amanda Berthiaume.
