Following his graduation, Eric attended Rochester Community and Technical College, prior to obtaining his degree in elementary education from St. Cloud State.
Dedicated to his passion for education, Eric spent his years imparting knowledge at Big Lake Schools, leaving a lasting impact on countless students and colleagues. Eric’s pursuits extended far beyond the classroom, as he found solace in the beauty of nature through activities like hunting, fishing, and camping. He was a man of many interests, from playing cards with family to tending his garden and chickens with a gentle touch. His enjoyment of old westerns, war movies, and history reflected his deep appreciation for storytelling and the lessons it carried.
