Bonnie Lou Olson

Bonnie Lou Olson age 72 of Clear Lake formerly of St. Michael passed away on Saturday at the Heritage of Foley. Funeral Service were Wed. Nov. 25 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, St. Cloud. Rev. Paul Dare officiated; interment Watertown Public Cemetery.
 
Bonnie Lou was born on July 31, 1943 in Minneapolis the daughter of Lavin and Lorena (Dalchow) Schmidt. On May 21, 1994 Bonnie Lou was united in marriage to Norman Olson in Rogers.
 
Bonnie was a move coordinator for the Carlson Companies for 28 years. She loved her retirement, enjoying her grandchildren and traveling. Bonnie liked to dance, play cards, shake dice and enjoyed the game social security. She loved her dogs and Elvis. One of her favorite places to visit was Florida.
 
Bonnie is preceded in death by her father and mother Lavin and Lorena Schmidt; sons Brian Smith and Jeff Olson.
 
Bonnie is survived by her loving family: husband Norman; children Jeffrey and Cecilia Smith of Weston Florida, Kevin and Kathy Smith of Elk River, James and Mary Olson of Brandon, Mississippi, Joel and Leslie Olson of Holdingford, Jerome and Becky Olson of New London, Jesse Olson of New London; grandchildren Jarilyn (Jed) Loberg, Jenny (Justin) Mathews, Joel Smith, Brendan Smith, Tristan Smith, Andrew Maeyaert, Colin Smith, Kelly Casserly, Megan Georgeson, Jenny Olson, Shasta Wright, Morgan (Peter) Lara, Keith Olson, Colton Olson, Adam (Ashley) Olson, Amanda Olson, Maeve Olson, Theo Olson, Hannah Olson, Josiah Olson; great-grandchildren Jayla Loberg, Joss Loberg, Haydon Martinson, Finn, Logan, Caden, Jolisa, Blake, Sofia, Lily, Macy, Averi, Elsie, Mason, Bryson and Logan; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Lila Olson of Edina, Stanton Olson of Maplewood, Mavis (John) Magnuson of Holdingford; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
