Allegiant Airlines is delighted to announced that service between St. Cloud and Phoenix/Mesa will once again be year-round.
To meet the increased demand, the current flights between St. Cloud and Phoenix/Mesa will continue through the summer of 2024 without disruption. It marks the return of year-round service to Phoenix/Mesa after being seasonally discontinued for the past two summers.
The current schedule to Phoenix/Mesa will continue into the summer and will be twice weekly non-stop on Mondays and Fridays during the summer months. Allegiant typically uses their Airbus A320 aircraft for the St. Cloud routes.
“We are excited to see the continuation of this Allegiant service into the summer, which indicates the success of this service in the Central Minnesota market,” said Airport Authority Board Chair Brian Myres. “The St. Cloud Regional Airport offers an easy, convenient way to travel to Arizona and Florida.”
Allegiant currently flies to two destinations from St. Cloud Regional Airport: Phoenix/Mesa, Arizona and Punta Gorda/Fort Myers, Florida. The current schedule is twice per week to Phoenix/Mesa, which increases to four flights per week in February through the spring break season, and two flights per week to Punta Gorda, FL beginning December 20, and continues two times per week through April 14, 2024.
“We’re happy to continue our relationship with Allegiant,” said Airport Director Bill Towle. “Allegiant has been a great partner offering a great service.”
