Last Wednesday at approximately 6:09 p.m., Big Lake officers were dispatched to a residence where threats were made involving a firearm.

Officer Tyler Sinclair arrived and spoke to the victim who stated a family member called and said he was going to get a gun and shoot them all before flying to Arizona. The male stated he has a license for a gun, and he was going to bring one to their house and kill all of them. The victim and family members feared for their lives and they did not know where the male was at.

The male was identified as Abi Noor, age 29 of Big Lake.

Noor was located in Plymouth and was arrested by the Plymouth Police Dept. Officer Sinclair met a Plymouth officer and took custody of Noor. Noor was transported to the Sherburne County Jail.

Noor was charged by criminal complaint with; Felony Threats of Violence.
