Last Friday at approximately 12:00 p.m., Big Lake Officer Todd Siebert stopped a vehicle for displaying expired registration. The driver of the vehicle had a warrant for his arrest and the other two passengers did not have identification.
The front seat passenger was later identified as Dei Moo, age 20 of St. Paul. During the search of Moo, officers located a small plastic bag containing a crystal substance and paraphernalia on his person. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 2.5 grams.
Moo was arrested and transported to the Sherburne County Jail. Moo was charged by criminal complaint with; Felony 5th Degree Controlled Substance.
