Sherburne County authorities are seeking information to help identify perpetrators of recent vandalism and theft.
Clear Lake City residents are being asked to secure their homes, garages and vehicles due to the latest rash of crime.
Thursday morning at approximately 3 a.m., over 15 vehicles were gone through and items stolen, as well as vandalism inside the vehicles. Some items stolen were found "empty" nearby, so residents are asked to keep their eyes open for anything “out of the normal”.
Citizens are asked to please contact the Sherburne County Sheriff's Dept. or the City of Clear Lake if items are found so they can be returned.
“Let’s work together as a community to keep it safe,” said Clear Lake City Clerk Kari Mechtel. “If you have any questions, feel free to contact city hall. Thank you.”
