Notice is hereby given that a Town Election will be held in the Township of Palmer, Sherburne County, Minnesota, Tuesday the 8th day of March, 2016.

The first day of filing affidavits of candidacy will be Tuesday, December 29th, 2015 and the last day to file will be Tuesday, January 12th, 2016, closing time 5:00 p.m.

Filings may be made with Clerk Kathryn Miller, at the Township Hall, 4180 - 105th Ave, on Tuesdays between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by appointment - 320-743-3541.

The following vacancies will be filled for the terms expiring:

1 SUPERVISOR - for the term of 3 years. 

The names of candidates properly filed will be printed on the official township ballot for the annual election which will be held at the Palmer Township Hall on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the annual meeting following.

Filing fee is $2.00.
