The Board Chair opened the County Board Workshop Meeting. Commissioner Dolan was absent from the meeting.

	The County Board provided direction regarding preparation and presentation of proposed changes to address Solar Decommissioning Escrow Requirements.
	2022 Budget Update & Discussion.	Administration

	Assistant County Administrator Dan Weber provided the Board with an update on the 2022 Budget & Levy preparation.
	Sherburne County Representation on Tri-Cap Board of Directors.	Administration
	Lisa Fobbe
	Commissioner Lisa Fobbe provided the group with background information about the Tri-Cap Board of Directors. The County Board provided direction on how to move forward with representation on the Tri-Cap Board of Directors.
	Notice by Baldwin Township to Terminate Joint Powers Agreement.	Administration
	Kathleen Heaney, County Attorney, Lynn Waytashek, Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator, Tim Sime, Asst. County Attorney, Bruce Messelt, County Administrator
	The County Board provided direction to staff on how to proceed with Notice of Termination of Joint Powers Agreement with Baldwin Township and related request to waive 1-year effective date.
