TITLE AND SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 2026-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 

CITY’S FEE SCHEDULE

The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, Counties of Wright and Stearns, does hereby amend the City’s fee schedule ordinance for 2026 effective January 1, 2026.  Shown here is a summary of the changes.

• Modified EDA Message Board Fees to $10.00/week or $35.00/month.

• Removed fees for maps and printed budget reports.

• Increased utility fees by approximately 5% for water, sewer, storm sewer, refuse/recycling, and mosquito fees.

• Increased WAC charges to $3,000.

• Increased SAC charges to $4,000.
