AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.21, SUBDIVISION 15.I. OF CHAPTER 11 LAND USE REGULATION (ZONING) OF THE CITY OF BECKER CODE

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments. 

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulation (Zoning) 

Section 11.21 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 

  Subd. 15. Fences

I. Residential District Fences

This ordinance revises section 11.21, subdivision 15.I. of the City of Becker Code adjusting maximum allowed fence height in front yards of single-family residential corner lots, where the primary facade of the primary structure faces the street, from 4’ (feet) to 6’ (feet). 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
