AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.21, SUBDIVISION 12.B.1., SUBDIVISION 15.J. AND SUBDIVISION 15.J.1. OF CHAPTER 11 LAND USE REGULATION (ZONING) OF THE CITY OF BECKER CODE 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Section 11.21 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 

Subd. 12. Outside Storage and Displays

B. Outside Storage in C-COM Districts

J. Commercial and Industrial District Fences

This ordinance revises section 11.21, subdivision 12.B.1., section 11.21, subdivision 15.J., and subdivision 15.J.1. of the City of Becker Code adjusting maximum allowed fence height from 8’ (feet) to 10’ (feet) for commercial zoned lots in the City. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
