GENERAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 

SUMMARY

AN AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT PLANNING BOARD ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 16, SUBSECTION 19, PORTABLE TEMPORARY STORAGE UNITS

The new ordinance prohibits the use of shipping and storage containers and semi-trailers as permanent accessory structures on residential properties less than ten acres in size.

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

SECTION 1.An Amendment to Zoning Ordinance as follows:

BECKER JOINT PLANNING BOARD ORDINANCE 2019-02

SECTION 2.  Effective Date.   This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 22nd day of October, 2019.
