iv. What would be your top objectives if appointed to the school board?
C. Applications would be due to the district office on November 30  and forwarded to school board members.
D. The school board would interview candidates and vote to appoint a member on December 7.
E. The term for the appointed school board member would begin January 6, 2016 and expire on January 2, 2017.
The school board discussed potential goals/goal areas for the 2016-17 school year. The discussion will continue at the next school board meeting on December 7.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated June 24, 2005, executed by Mary Beth Thomas as Trustee of the revocable Living Trust Dated November 20, 2003, as mortgagor, to TCF National Bank, a national banking association, as mortgagee, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sherburne County, Minnesota, on July 6, 2005, as Document No. 592004, which mortgage conveyed and mortgaged the following described property, situated in the County of Sherburne and State of Minnesota, which property has a street address of 19564 County Road 15, Elk River, Minnesota 55330, and tax identification number 650262000:
The Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 33, Range 27 lying North of the railroad right-of-way excepting therefrom the following described tracts:
A. The North 210 feet of the East 250 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 26;
B. The West Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 of W1/2 of NW1/4) lying North of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way, Section 26;
C. That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 26, described as follows:  Beginning at the intersection of the North-South Quarter Section line in said Section 26 and the North right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence North along said Quarter Section line a distance of 550 feet, more or less, to the center line of a driveway as now laid out and traveled; thence West parallel with the North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE1/4 of NW1/4) of said Section 26 a distance of 660 feet; thence South parallel with the Quarter Section line to an intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of said Railroad; thence Southeasterly along said Railroad right-of-way line to the point of beginning
That the original principal amount secured by said mortgage was $191,000.00; that there has been compliance with any condition precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by said mortgage and foreclosure of said mortgage required by said mortgage, any note secured thereby, or any statute; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt remaining secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; that there is claimed to be due upon said mortgage and is due thereon at the date of this notice, the sum of $171,373.40 in principal and interest.
That by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the said mortgage will be foreclosed by the sale of the above described premises with appurtenances, which said sale will be made by the Sheriff of Sherburne County, Minnesota, at the Sheriff's main office in the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Minnesota, on January 12, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, to pay the amount then due on said mortgage, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorneys' fees as allowed by law, in accordance with the provisions of said mortgage.  The time allowed by law for redemption by the mortgagor, her personal representatives or assigns, is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
