NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Frontier Trails Homeowners Association, Inc. (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Sherburne County, Minnesota on April 25, 2000, as Document No. 411788, which covers the following property:
