ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02

REVISED CLEARWATER ZONING MAP

THE CITY OF CLEARWATER HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

The Clearwater Zoning Map, referenced in City Code Part II, Chapter 117, Article III, Section 117-330 – Zoning Map is hereby revised to reflect the location and boundaries of the districts established by the city code existing within city limits as of January 31, 2024. 

Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication, which is hereby authorized by the City Council.
