NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clear Lake City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the following reason:

New Interim Ordinance No. 1005 prohibiting the sale, testing, manufacturing, cultivating, growing, transporting, delivery, and distributing of cannabis products in the City of Clear Lake

The public hearing will take place at the Clear Lake City Hall on October 2, 2023, located at 7684 1st Ave West in Clear Lake, MN 55319.
