CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-03

The City received a property owner submitted Petition for Annexation for property within Parcel Number 10-00121-3201. The annexation is being requested to correct a legal description error that occurred with City Ordinance No. 2023-12, adopted November 27, 2023 to annex property owned by Cargill Kitchen Solutions, Inc. The land meets all requirements of MN Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 2(3), and the landowner and all adjacent landowners received notice of the required public hearing pursuant to MN Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 13. The Big Lake City Council has approved an Annexation by Ordinance pursuant to MN Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 2(3). A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 13th day of March, 2024.
