SUBSURFACE TREATMENT SYSTEM REGULATIONS

SUMMARY

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2011-03, UPDATING REGULATIONS TO

MATCH STATUTORY AND COUNTY ORDINANCE CHANGES

The new ordinance adopts the changes made to, or is more restrictive than, Sherburne

County’s subsurface treatment ordinance that was adopted in August, 2024.

The Becker Town Board so ordains:

SECTION 1. An Amendment to Town of Becker Ordinance 2011-03 as follows:

TOWN OF BECICER ORDINANCE 2024-01

SECTION 2. Effective Date.   This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 19th day of August, 2024.
