Notice is given that on March 29, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this court at Sherburne County Courthouse, Elk River, Minnesota, on the Petition of Petitioner, Catherine A. Cripe, requesting the descent of said property be determined and assigned by the court to the persons entitled thereto.
