CITY OF BIG LAKE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT FOR A PORTION OF PID #65-00113-3000
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a City initiated request for a Zoning Map Amendment for the southern portion of PID #65-00113-3000. The public hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North, Big Lake, MN on: Monday, April 1, 2024 at or about 6:00 p.m. The request is as follows:
Owner: Gary C Berndt Trust, 45861 County Road 18, Brooten, MN 56316
Applicant: City of Big Lake, 160 Lake St N, Big Lake, MN 55309
Location: North of HWY 10, east of 165th Ave, west and south of County Road 81
PID#: 65-00113-3000 (the southern portion thereof)
Request: Zoning Map amendment to change the zoning designation from High Density Residential (R-3) to Single Family Residential (R-1).
Both oral and written comments will be considered by the Planning Commission. If you desire to be heard in reference to this matter, you should attend this hearing or submit written comments to City Hall prior to the hearing.
