NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENT FOR
PID #10-00121-3201
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Comprehensive Plan amendment and Zoning Map amendment for PID #10-00121-3201. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, April 1, 2024, at or about 6:00 p.m. The request is as follows:

Location: North HWY 10, east of Industrial Drive NW, west of 172nd St NW and south of 205th Ave NW
PID#: 10-00121-3201
Request(s): Comprehensive Plan amendment to change the land use designation from medium and high density housing to industry or office.
Zoning Map amendment to change the zoning designation from Agricultural to the Industrial Park (I-1) district.
