Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 373.41, notice is hereby given that the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on October 3, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive NW, Elk River, MN, 55330 in the County Board Room for the purpose of setting the 2024 Fee Schedule, which delineates fees that are charged by the County for various services. The County Board of Commissioners shall hear all residents and interested parties on the matter before consideration of adopting the same. A draft of the proposed changes to the fee schedule will be available in the County Administrator’s Office at the above address prior to the Public Hearing.
