Call to Order

The Chair called the Regional Rail Authority meeting to order at 10:47am.

Approval of Regional Rail Authority Meeting Proposed Agenda

Danielowski/Hulse were unanimous to approve the Regional Rail Authority meeting agenda as presented.

Oaths of Office and Election of 2023 Officers for the Regional Rail Authority.

Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator, Michelle Ashe, County Recorder

County Recorder Michelle Ashe performed the Oath of Office for Commissioners Hulse, Danielowski, Felber and Gray. Danielowski/Hulse were unanimous to approve and declare the 2023 Regional Rail Authority (RRA) Chair and Vice-Chair to be the same as the County Board.

Felber/Gray were unanimous to approve the Regional Rail Authority Meeting Minutes: December 20, 2022.

2023 Regional Rail Authority Meeting Schedule.

Hulse/Felber were unanimous to approve and establish the Regional Rail Authority (RRA) Meeting Schedule for 2023, so as to coincide with the meetings of the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners.

Set the Next Annual Meeting of the Regional Rail Authority. Administration

Danielowski/Gray were unanimous to approve and set the next Annual Meeting of the Regional Rail Authority (RRA) as January 2nd, 2024.
