ORDINANCE No. 282, 2nd Series Summary 

AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 6.27, SUBDIVISION 11, PARAGRAPH 10 OF THE BECKER CITY CODE - 

MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS HOURS OF OPERATION

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments. 

Chapter 6: Other Business Regulations and Licensing 

Section 6.27 Massage Establishments, Subdivision 11, Paragraph 10 

This ordinance amends that section to allow for an earlier opening time of 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
