NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

A REQUEST TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE ORMSBEE STREET RIGHT OF WAY 

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake City Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed vacation of a portion of the Ormsbee Street right of way. The public hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 6:00 PM or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the vacation is to accommodate existing and proposed encroachments into the right of way at 310 Lake Street South.
