ORDINANCE NO. 2023-10

The Big Lake City Code is amended to amend the zoning map and Section 1003.18 of the Zoning Ordinance to rezone the property at 16795 198th Avenue for Big Lake Car Condos Third Addition to PUD, Planned Unit Development District. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 23rd day of August, 2023.
