CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02

The Big Lake City Code is amended to revise Chapter 2, Section 250 (Planning Commission) of the City Code. The ordinance amendment updates membership, including requiring members to be a city resident, language on officers, meetings to be once a month, and duties of the commission as assigned under Minnesota Statutes and by the City Council. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 28th day of February, 2024.
